Nucleating Agent , Additives for Polypropylene transparency
Nucleating Agent is mainly applicable to homopolymerization and
railess copolymerization polypropylene products as well as LLDPE
film, especially to top-grade polypropylene transparent products
such as medical supplies, stationery, beverage packaging,
transparent cups, bowls, basins, plates, CD boxes, food packaging,
also fits for the high-temperature sterilization products and
widely used in PP sheet and transparent PP tubes.
Features
- Improves physical and mechanical properties such as flexuaral
modulus and heat deflection temperature of crystalline polymers, in
prticular PP.
- Enhances crystallization rate of crystalline polymers, resulting in
improving processing cylcle time and productivity.
- Improves clarity as optical properties of PP, in particular, homo -
PP.
- Do not suffer from deposition, oder, etc problems due to its
excellent thermal stability during processing at high temperature.
- Approved as an indirect food contact additive in US, EU. Potential
application in food packaging.

Handing and storage
- Store in the orginal container securely under cool and dry
condition.
